Great place to go for jazz. The Mo Buda cake was fantastic! I love the vanilla sauce. The burnt ends said KC but no! The ends were charred not burnt so they were bitter. The music was good and I really love the vibe of the place as well as having an outside area where you can see and hear the band plus order food and yummy cocktails! Cheers to Tiffany and her husband!! We have found our new place for jazz in Cbus!
Nice jazz bar just outside of Bexley across street from The Top Steakhouse. Great music and very cozy place with two outdoor patios. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food looked very good but we did not have the opportunity to try it
James Gaiters quartet was Amazing! Highly recommend the brussel sprouts, burnt end brisket, and desserts especially the "mo butta blu."
This was the second time we've been here, and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. The atmosphere is very cozy. If you sit near the front on the nights when live music is performed, it's almost like you're in the band. The food was really delicious, and they even offered non-alcoholic beverages that were actually good. The only negative is that while the live performance was happening, there was a large screen TV behind them playing YouTube videos of other artists. That was pretty distracting. Other than that, though, the Blue Note Jazz Cafe has the potential to be the best live jazz venue in the city. I've told others about it and definitely plan to visit again.
Checked out the Blu Note Jazz Cafe last night on Main St in Bexley. The wings were phenomenal, I got the garlic parmesan with extra sauce, and my sides were green beans and cajun corn. The drinks were great, the owners were super personable and friendly, we got great service from Tiffany, it was a fantastic night! They also have an enclosed patio so that was a plus! You can still hear the band, but have less volume so you can talk freely amongst your friends!
