I booked Allie for an event for multiple people. She unfortunately showed up two hours late and threw us completely off schedule. She did not communicate with me that she would be late until I called her after 40 minutes of waiting. Ultimately, we were happy with our makeup, but the appointments were rushed and I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
