Came in for a dinner at 9:40pm on a Saturday. 4 of us a burger each and an order of fries to start off with. It was mostly empty and yet we didn't get our food till after 11pm (note, they close at 11pm) no explanation was given other than a constant excuse of "I'll go check" by our server. And when the food finally came they didn't have the fries, and then 10 minutes later they brought the wrong order of fries. They did remove the fries from the final bill. We all paid cash but were charged a service fee automatically for credit card and automatic 18% gratuity. We didn't argue since we just wanted to be done with the experience and just wanted to go to bed. Would not recommend coming here if you value your time. We all agreed the food was good but not qorth the wait. It's a shame since it seems like a really cool spot.
This might be the best burger place in Columbus! Such a hidden gem in the alley on Pearl. The burger was absolutely fantastic and cooked perfectly. The french fries were also delicious. To top it off the service was super friendly and great. I cannot wait to come back!
Incredibly short staffed but I didn’t hold that against them. Our server was very kind and made up for the wait for food with kindness and conversation. I do wish the music was just a bit more quiet but that is just personal preference. The slushies with alcohol were very good. I just wish there had been a menu with then written so I knew what alcohol was in each. The hostess attempted to tell me but I couldn’t hear over the loud music. The lemon drop was really delicious. I got the loaded fries and was not disappointed once they finally came out. My boyfriend got the Double Alley and it was HUGE! He said he could have stood to only have one patty on the burger but enjoyed every bite.
Had an okay experience. We went on a Saturday night. It wasn't packed at all. I was looking for an experience like they advertise on their website. I assure you..... it wasn't even close. They had no hookahs. The server was nice but seems wayyyy to busy for all the empty tables in the place. . I will say my fries was suppose to come with crab meat.... listen they play too much. You can barely taste crab. It's was like minced crab meat. No lump meat. I love seafood so I was definitely disappointed. I did enjoy the R&B music being played. Might be willingly to give it another shot in the future because my bestie wants to try. Hopefully it'll be better then
We decided to try something new and who doesn’t like a good burger. Unfortunately they weren’t serving lunch when we went, it was just brunch. I got the chicken and waffle…. Absolutely defreakinglicious!!! The chicken was perfectly fried and juicy. The waffle was made just right. You literally get half a chicken on top of the waffle. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Took a minute for us to be greeted and get drinks but no big deal the food made up for it. Explicit hip hop was playing and they immediately changed the music to more family friendly since we had kiddos with us, very much appreciated. I highly recommend this establishment!!
