I absolutely love this venue and their work!!! My husband and I have used their services multiple times. They literally have everything you need; rather it’s renting their venue, having their venue or another venue decorated, floral arrangements, in network catering, bounce houses and the list go on!!! I definitely recommend them, they are very professional and easy to work with. Thank you A Moment to Remember Events and Rental for making our wedding and birthday parties “A MOMENT TO REMEMBER!”
I had my wedding reception there the location is good but the customer service was awful 😢. The lady (Mia) was rude to me and my friends. I will not recommend it to anyone. No changing room was provided and I was asked to change in the restroom. I ended up changing into my dresses in a storage room. As a bride with a heavy heat I had no choice but to do so. I wouldn’t wish such experience for any bride.
I explained to the" Moment To Remember Events " that I recently lost my husband in Sept and not only a month and a half later I lost my only son.. I had been dealing with so much compound grief I vowed that my 40th birthday would be the most enchanting and best birthday ever.. I wanted it to be perfect for myself and my support system and I wasnt having anything less. The Tolberts( Mrs. Mia & Family) Exceeded my expectations.. They're team worked well with my team.. I had a LIVE Band ... And they were great when it came to my team coming to set up as well as accommodating with whatever my team needed.. Very open and clear of the services they provide and Do not provide.. for smooth transaction. They were great about making sure I received my deposit..They just wasn't trying to keep ever penny. Really did whatever they could to make my night memorable.. and that they did just that!!! THANK YOU "A MOMENT TO REMEMBER EVENTS " I LooK forward to doing future business... And Blessing to all your future endeavors.
