Booked an appointment *from their website* for Sunday. Later got a text from the stylist saying that there would be an additional fee for Sundays/Mondays because those her off days. No where on the website did it say there would be an extra fee, plus the booking was literally open for that day. Seems a little ridiculous. Immediately cancelled my appointment.
hours need to be updated. i booked an appointment and even got an email saying it was confirmed, just for the store to be closed when i arrived. no one contacted me to tell me they were closed beforehand either. when i asked, i was simply told they were closed and wasn’t given even an apology for the inconvenience. i’m never coming back, the customer service is lacking.
This is a wonderful place to have your hair done. I just walked in, got a styled cut with shampoo, and even with a tip I paid a ridiculously low price.
Comfy chairs, spacious, wonderful artwork, full of light! The barbers look busy and happy, great service, lots of return customers!
Wanda is an amazing spirit and a great exemplar in the community .. there's no parking there tho
