Today was my first time visiting. I was treated like a regular, which was automatically a win in my books. The 2 cheesecakes I got were by far the best I have ever had! We need this place in the Phoenix, AZ area!!! I will always associate this trip to OKC with Not Cho Cheesecake!!!
So good!! Cheesecakes were a perfect size for two but you could definitely eat it all yourself! We tried the cherry, blackberry, and Big Mama (peach cobbler). We enjoyed all but honestly the blackberry was to die for. I can’t wait to go back and try some more flavors! As a note, when you walk in, there might not be someone at the counter. They topped our cheesecake fresh when we ordered, so they just might be in the back filling an order. It is well worth the small wait!
I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Pick 3 "We" selection from Not Cho Cheesecake, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. I opted for the It's A Party, Strawberry No Shortcake, and Shortie cheesecakes, and each one was a masterpiece of flavor and texture. If you find yourself torn between choices, I can't recommend Strawberry No Shortcake and Shortie enough. Both are so well-crafted that picking a favorite seems impossible. The Strawberry No Shortcake combines a lush, creamy filling with the perfect hint of strawberry, making each bite a delectable journey. Shortie, on the other hand, hits all the classic notes you want from a cheesecake, delivering comfort and satisfaction in every mouthful. One of the best things about Not Cho Cheesecake is the size options. The sizes are perfect for either treating yourself to an individual feast or sharing the love with someone else. I'll admit, I didn't share mine—and I have zero regrets! Supporting black-owned businesses is important to me, and I'm thrilled to sing the praises of Not Cho Cheesecake. They've taken an iconic dessert and elevated it to an art form, leaving no doubt that you're partaking in something special. If you're a cheesecake enthusiast, make sure this place is on your radar—you won't be disappointed.
A little ways away from the city, but worth it! Super friendly and helpful. Very good cheesecakes. I think the one I got is called Tennessee Whiskey. Then I got a berry one too.
Absolutely scrumptious!! When we saw the menu we questioned $12 for a 4inch cheesecake but they're pretty thick and SO worth it!! We even got extra to take back with us to Dallas. We got the cherry, blackberry, blueberry-lemon, and strawberry lemonade. 🤤 Wish we would've been around for that peach cobbler one! We'll definitely be back next time we roll through OKC!!!!!
