Rented a waterslide. Kids loved it! Equipment was clean, delivery/setup/take down was quick. Excellent, efficient service. Never rented from your company and it was so simple. I called bc I didn’t get a delivery confirmation email. The rep that I chatted with was professional and helped me very quickly. Everyone did an excellent job especially the delivery team! Definitely recommend for your next family fun event!
This company was amazing!!! They were very friendly and prompt, and helped me figure out things several times. They found solutions for several questions and problems I had, helping my event to run smoothly. I highly recommend them!
They answered my call when I had questions, they delivered and picked up when they said they would, communication was great, the process was super easy, and the kids loved the bounce house.
We have rented from Five Alarm Fun every summer for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. Drop off and pick up are always on time and the crew is friendly and professional.
Second year in a row renting a bounce house for my daughter's birthday. Setup and tear down were super fast, 15 min or less. The kids had a blast, great value at a great price. Several of the other parents thought it was a great idea and wanted more info.
