My experience at Braiders Lounge was amazing! Everyone was super welcoming. I enjoyed the fact that I could get my hair washed at the salon and the products used made my hair very soft. Rayna explained every step of what she was doing and I could tell she truly enjoyed it. It felt natural and genuine. Overall a great experience
I was a first time customer yesterday. I came in for their 125$ large knotless special. I enjoyed the salon experience. All their braids include wash & hair and I LOVE THAT SO MUCH ! I have 4C Afro hair I wasn’t charged extra or looked at funny for being 100% natural. I will be booking again :) they were friendly in person and on the phone. Excellent black owned business !
Let me just say how absolutely amazing these women are they make you feel like family. They are fast, efficient, and prompt. I will be back and I am telling all my girlfriends and my guy friends to come here. They made my husband and I feel real important. The last pic is the next day at work and it held so great at night. Also Rayna and all the other ladies are just phenomenal. Thank you so very much for making me feel like a real Queen. Love my new Braiders lounge family.
I took my son here to get his first braids and they came out wonderfully. He got four braids with beads and they look amazing! He loves them and says the service was wonderful. His braider apparently sang to him and was very social (thank you Toshiba!) If we ever need something else done we'll visit this place again. ☺️
Ms. Nicole was very warm and ready to create a quick updo on my sisterlocks! My consult turned into a styling appointment. I have found a new stylist! Loved the shop so much made an appointment for my daughter. Ms. Rayna did a wonderful job braiding her hair. It was not too tight!!!!
