Hands down the BEST facial I ever had. Chelley was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, she knew what was best for my sensitive skin. She was able to explain to me, in depth about my skin. She wasn't just a Tech applying products, setting a timer, performing a technique and making marks on the checklist. You definitely experience her passion and expertise in her work. I received a wonderful and relaxing facial by Chelley J along with eyebrow waxing. I absolutely love this place! They were super professional and nice and the facility was really clean and lux. Ivory was lovely. From videos I saw online I thought you couldn't talk during eyelash appointments but we definitely did and she was a great conversationalist. I felt very comfortable which was nice since it wasy first time getting my eyelashes done. It's been two weeks and they still look newly done. I will definitely be going back. And it's black owned business which is definitely a plus as well!!! 😁
I have been having flare ups due to having to wear masks at work. Not a fan of getting facials because I usuallly feel awkward and uncomfortable. Not here I had a great time chit chatting about life and skin care. She helped give my skin the boost it needed to finally start healing and clearing up. She’s affordable and doesn’t try to push expensive products. Gives tips on how to have an affordable and quality skin care plan. Will defiantly go back.
