So happy I found PDX Munch Time! Me and my mom just so happened to be Chef Ceejay's first cooking class. He was super chill and very knowledgable. Provided all the equipment, ingredients, utensils we needed for each recipe. We even got to chose what we wanted to learn so we really appreciated that. The food was so so so good. Definitely check them out you will not regret it!
We hired chef CJ and chef Terrick for catering our wedding. The food was outstanding and the chefs were even better. Truly great dudes who know how to get sh*t done in the kitchen. I have been and will continue to refer anybody and everybody to PDX Munch time. Try and tell me you’ve had better fish than their catfish, I dare you.

Super good food. The ribs are awesome and the Cajun Mac n cheese is amazing, especially mixed with some BBQ sauce from the ribs! And the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend.
