@meals4heals has catered for Hanna HQ in Portland, OR for the last few years. Her food is excellent. Healthy, flavorful, creative and appeals to many different dietary requirements and tastes!
We worked with Nikeisah and the team to cater boxed lunches for our staff and the experience was GOLDEN. Nikeisah was communicative, friendly, and delightful to work with. Staff raved about their meals - pleading for us to make Meals4Heels a more regular catering option - and many were obsessed with the stickers on each of the takeout boxes (some staff even took them off and put them on their work laptops!). Our specialty diet eaters were also grateful to have so many incredibly fresh and flavorful options and we intend to make this a regular option for them in particular. Lastly, several staff with family and friends in the sex industry were moved to learn about the heart/work that Meals4Heels offers in nourishing Portland's late-night community. We feel very grateful to know we are supporting a vendor who is supporting our staff's loved ones and extended community. Meals4Heels, thank you. You have a new crew of loyal customers.

I can’t wait to try everything on the menu at M4H!! This food is fresh, delicious, & nourishing with flavors that you crave. So excited that they’re open at the Redd in a brick & mortar. Orders are prepared so quick, even when they’re busy. I’ll definitely be stopping by for many lunches to come!
This food doesn't just taste divine, it feeeeels good: nourishing, fresh, and filled with love. My favorite-favorite is the G.T.P. because the flavors just pop. They're layered and bright and full of intensity, but they don't overwhelm. I have gut issues and lots of food sensitivities, and honestly, I don't know other food in town that my body handles so well. I always say Nikeisah is a food magician. She's my favoritest chef in town, not only so talented, but she's such a good person. Get this food in your mouth! Nourish your body! Support this business and amazing human!
