I love working with Drea, and she makes it so easy! The first time, I was a little nervous using their drop-off system—mostly because I was worried I had pinned my own garments wrong. But I also included a few measurements, and everything came back PERFECTLY. Hidden Opulence helped me fall in love with my clothes all over again.
Absolutely brilliant. Impressed by the creativity and skill reviving a couple of my long time favorite pieces. So grateful to give them new life with a fresh style that fits my wardrobe. Highly recommend!
So lovely to work with Hidden Opulence! I had an old vintage jacket that needed lots of little repairs (button repairs, securing buttons, replaced liner in pockets, reattached hemming, and repairs to the real fur collar.) They were very generous with their time giving me multiple different pricing options for different levels of work, with no pressure to do anything. They also gave me good advice for caring for the coat in the future. I also had a knit sweater that had a hole that needed darning and they did a great job, including cleaning up the fuzzy bits so it looks like new. I paid $25 for the sweater fixes and $150 for the coat repairs. (I chose one of the higher tiered pricing options for the coat.) Would definitely use again!
Drea and her team do really good work on a timely basis. My pants and coat fit perfectly now. On top of their great sewing skills, I really appreciate that they delivered my items directly to my house, saving me the errand of picking them up. I have used them before and plan to use them again in the future.
I hoped on their alterations wait list and was not disappointed. I dropped off a pair of trousers for tapering, and a pair of overalls for repair. Prior to the drop off, I filled out a form detailing what I was looking to achieve and they communicated options and questions to me via text. The items were sent back to my home without me having to pick them up, which was a plus. The quality was impeccable; the pants are just perfect.
