I have been coming to Tora for cost to 2 years now and have never had a problem with her scheduling. I accept the fact she is busy and her schedule gets full BECAUSE SHE IS THAT GOOD! Hi found Tora through a Groupon campaign and have been 100 percent happy ever since. These people whining about their difficulties with getting in touch with her need to get over themselves. I have had of my emails rolled to within 24 hours which is plenty fast for me. She is busy and can't jump to your phone call in the middle of an appointment. She cares enough about her clients to give them 100% of her attention while she's with them. Ignore the haters and give Tora a try. You'll be glad you did.
Tora is AMAZING. I found her via groupon and signed up for a membership after my first massage, which wasn't something I had really been thinking about doing (and there was no pressure from her to do so). She gives a super effective deep tissue massage for a very reasonable price compared to other massage therapists in the area. She puts you at ease and clearly cares very much about her craft and her clients. I injured my back recently and Tora managed to get me on her schedule as soon as I was able to be up and about - and made a huge difference in my recovery. I can't recommend her highly enough!
Don't buy any voucher from Groupon, they will never give u a chance to use it. They never pick up the phone for reservations. Booking online is the only way, but their booking is until next year now, could u wait? Completely Wasting of money. Their strategy is like airlines to overbook their capacity more than they can afford
Tora provided me awesome service even though I was a little late for my appointment. She was personable, but not too chatty, professional, and above all accommodating. The online booking and payment options, as well as the membership service make it the best of both convenience and comfort.
I had to personally meet Tora as my husband gifted me Groupon massage and they'd expire in Dec. Tora stated she ll try to fit me any day per my slots.. she was too kind & cannot wait for my massage.
