Renu is absolutely amazing! Express Travel Services saved my family trip to Greece, I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of any passport or visa services. I made so many mistakes throughout the process, it would have made sense if my passport didn't make it in time, but because of Renu it did! She went out of her way to make sure I got my passport in time and consistently communicated with me. Renu was super helpful in helping us with my son’s passport. After frantically calling many many passport offices, I finally came across this one. Renu understood the urgency of our situation and she was able to squeeze us in that same day, a Monday. Our flight to Europe was on Saturday night, and she was able to expedite the passport in just 5 days total, we received the passport that Saturday morning, a few hours before our flight. Renu is amazing and very communicative and resourceful. I cannot thank her enough.

I cant believe how FAST we got my Daughters passport!! We were having some trouble finding an appt and with long lines hours and hours waiting and getting nowhere. I looked online hoping for a solution. I found ETS the first time I called Renu she took so much stress away she knew exactly what needed to be done. She was so fast and efficient very polite. Renu told me what is needed and she made me an appt. I gave her all my paper work she checked and fixed what needed to . I can't express enough that this company is worth every penny!!!
