Great little place! Quiet and comfortable. Usually quick to get a coffee and a pastry. Vanessa is awesome!
Cute shop and delicious baked goods. The blueberry lemon cream pie cookie sandwich was especially good with the fruit filling and the cream is so light and just the right amount of sweetness. Owner was also super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
We are beyond obsessed with the Honey Bean! We try to limit our visits to once a week and sometimes can’t even make it that long. Everything Vanessa makes is beyond delicious. The space is so lovely and so is Vanessa. The Honey Bean is truly a Southern Tier gem and we are so lucky to live nearby. Don’t miss this goodness if you’re in the area!
We LOVE The Honey Bean Bakery! Every single thing we have ever tried from The Honey Bean- from cupcakes, to cinnamon rolls, to giant cookies, to cakes-in-a-jar- ALL have been delicious, so decorative, and VEGAN. Cannot say enough good things about this place. The sweetest & most thoughtful owner, the cutest interior (free library and lots of plants!), retail space for local makers, and custom orders. 10/10 recommend!
The cupcakes were delicious! I went in on a whim after seeing a post on Facebook. The owner was a little hesitant to sell 30 cupcakes first thing in the morning, which was kind of off putting to me. Why does it matter when you sell them or who buys them, as long as they're sold? She told me she typically only sells 6 at a time unless you call ahead. Again, last minute thing but I would've gladly went elsewhere if she had turned me away. Regardless, they were yummy and a huge hit at my late daughter's celebration of life event.
