Yolonda is truly a people person and very down to earth. I felt very comfortable and relaxed from the moment I stepped into her shop. She has a great verve. The atmosphere was very inviting. Her professionalism and knowledge about hair is exceptional. She gave me detailed information concerning the texture of my hair, what products I should be using, as well as; styling suggestions and tips. Her pricing was very fair and generous. I left very satisfied with the way she styled my hair, and look forward to Yolonda becoming my permanent hair stylist. Thank you Yolanda! 💜☺️
My ENTIRE appointment, I kept saying how happy I was to see a salon in Hanover that fit my needs. I came in today for a simple trim and silk press and have already planned out my next appointments ….PLURAL! You will not be disappointed. Give these lovely ladies a chance, and support local. I had a great experience at Serenity Hair Palace. We had a consultation to discuss the look I wanted and she provided tips to keep my style looking amazing. It is great to have a stylist in Hanover that understands that my natural hair will not look like those with straight hair, but that it is beautiful.
Was looking for a multicultural hair salon in hanover and found this wonderful place! She was professional and so nice! It nice to have a place that both myself and my daughter (2 completely different hair types) can both get our hair done. Honestly we already scheduled our next appt and I can't wait!!
Always on time and very professional. Only has one client in the salon at a time making it very COVID safe. Hair lasts a long time and I always love my style. I would recommend!
