I use to go to this salon a while ago and then stopped (because my stylist left) but since it’s close to my house I decided to go there for two feedin braids. I’m a very punctual person and respect peoples time, so I was there at 9 AM for my appointment when I got there I was told that they didn’t have black hair for my braids and that the salon owner wouldn’t be providing the hair anymore. I’ve gotten the style done multiple times other places and everywhere I’ve went they provide braiding hair. As it is you’re changing $50 for two braids and to not provide braiding hair is just ridiculous. Regardless of all that I didn’t want to cancel on the stylus since it wasn’t her fault so she told me if I wanted to go to the beauty, supply store and buy hair then I was welcome to do that and she would braid my hair. This whole process of me going to the beauty supply store and buying hair and coming back pushed my appointment time by 45 minutes all together . It was such a huge inconvenience especially because I left my baby at home with my husband, and he had to be at work by a certain time. Time is money and no one has time to waste so to make clients go buy their own braiding hair, even though I was told on the phone when I scheduled my appointment that they do provide the hair and have the hair that I needed. Customer service should be top priority, but I feel that my overall experience was not pleasant at all, will not be returning to this salon. PS The pictures posted were a few hours after hair was braided and it was already coming out not to mention the braids were lopsided (one is higher than the other) SAD
Been taking my daughter here for months. The service is usually very good except for today. Got a silk press, the stylist didn't ask my daughter if she wanted curls. She proceeds to curl her hair then wrap it and put the bonnet back on. Because of the humidity her hair was ruined
Tiye was Amazing she did my hair for my baby shower and it came out beautifully. She also gave me great advice on how to maintain my hair. Amazing Amazing experience 10/10!!!!!
I went in unsure of what I needed the owner was amazing she went above and beyond for me she matched my hair perfectly! The extensions where amazing the vibe was good with amazing energy!!! I’m definitely going back to get my hair done again.
I have been a customer at Sache for over 10 years. My daughter and I always get exceptional service! This salon never disappoints and we always leave feelings confident and glamorous. I had some postpartum hair thinning and Melissa F has made it so much more bearable with her amazing techniques. I would not go to any other shop.
