We have only attended a few sessions so far, but I can tell it is already being beneficial for my son. Ms. Prunella has been very accomodating and understanding of our situation and we are grateful to have her help in guiding us through this journey.
After four phone calls making sure my insurance would cover the visits, we made an appointment a month in advance. I was so looking forward to getting much needed help in being a better parent but when I arrived no one was there and apparently I was never put into “the calendar” at all. I am sure the services provided are fine but I will never know. Highly disappointed.
Miss Prunella was very helpful with helping my son push himself when needed and keeping him accountable afterwards.
