I loved the results of my daughter's crochet braids. There are not enough salons around here for hair of all textures. I knew I was in good hands after our first conversation. She has a level of expertise that is thorough, so she can provide services unique to the customer's hair type. She was very attentive to my daughter's feelings along with her hair needs. My daughter looks beautiful. She gets compliments. It was worth every dollar. The work is of high quality and long-lasting. I cannot wait to get my hair done.
This may be the best experience that I've ever had with a salon. The atmosphere was vibrant and the music was bumpin. The chairs were very comfortable. But most of all, April is very skilled, professional, and friendly. She handled my hair gently while still working at great pace. She was also funny and engaging, and made me feel right at home. I was got a deep condition, strengthening treatment, and a trim. She made sure I was comfortable with everything, and kept me in the loop with exactly how much she was trimming. I will definitely return in the future!

At the salon your every need is catered too, and the ambiance makes you feel like you are not even receiving a service. Throughout my appointment I was educated on every step of the process and was ensured that my beauty needs were being met with high regard. My hair has never been properly treated with such a level of mastery. The products, detail, styling, and finished product left my hair the most beautiful it has ever looked! The owner Real is truly a beauty educator, master stylist, and phenomenal woman! Real and her salon are beauty at its finest!
Real is unique: she has talent, intelligence, compassion, energy, and an intuition that sets her apart from other artists and stylists I've visited over the years. I loved meeting and getting to know her, loved that she took the time to get a sense of who I was and what I wanted out of our session (it was our first appointment), and I really appreciated her laid back professionalism and willingness to explain the process. The shop was comfortable, quiet, and I actually felt myself relax as she did her thing, which was great, because I don't ever slow down. Anyway, I loved my time there, and left the shop with some killer locs. A great experience!
Real did absolute wonderful job with my daughters hair. I loved it and my daughter loved the experience as it was her first time at a hair salon. Will definitely be scheduling again!
