I was searching for a place to have my Mother in Laws Memorial Service. I googled some places but never got any calls back. I called Paragon and was immediately greeted by Ms. Dee. She was so polite and friendly, she explained everything to me, so I decided to have the Memorial at Paragon Banquet Hall. My Husband and I were so impressed. They decorated, cooked the food, served the food. Everyone who came were so impressed by the beautiful decorations and the food was delicious. Ms. Nicky was excellent, the young gentleman that played the music were great, If I need the services of Paragon again, I will be back and recommend their services to my friends and family. Thank you for making everything so easy for such a trying time!!
The venue was decorated beautifully. The staff was very friendly and their service was impeccable. The owner, Mrs. Dee is amazing. My only recommendation will be to use your own DJ. The house DJ (DJ Nicky Butter) was not that good. He didn’t do any birthday announcements for me (the birthday girl) and he played songs I specifically told him I did not like nor cared to hear. I asked him to only play songs that I wanted to hear. He basically ignored what I said and played what he wanted. I think if I am paying you as a DJ for my party, then you should play what I want to hear not what you think the crowd wants to hear. I’ve paid for the services and I was the birthday girl so I should have only had music play that was pleasing to me plus a lot of songs that I told him where my favorites… he did not play!! I made special mixes. I requested him to play. He did not play any of them! So please do yourself a favor and do not use their DJ (DJ Nicky Butter). GET YOUR OWN!🙏🏽
This venue is nice & the staff is found to be welcoming & pleasant. Wish I could say the same for the owner. She left a bitter & sour taste in my mouth as well as many guests in attendance. My sisters fiancé booked her 50th birthday party here. From my 1st contact with the owner found, she was rude & unapproachable. In a nutshell, she was just nasty. When one of my nieces released a balloon towards the end of the event, she tried to charge a fee. When that did not work in her favor, she abruptly ended the party & had the guest ushered out. The fact that the venue is/would have eyes within I find no issue. My issue was that this was displayed in the entry way for all to see by way of a flatscreen bolted to the wall (photo included). The television was a continuous watch of inside the banquet room which many found uncomfortable. There are so many areas this owner dropped the ball. My recommendation would be to save your money. I would never recommend anyone book here & invite me. Once was way more than enough
From the time I sat down to meet Mrs. D until the day of my party it’s was nothing but an absolute pleasure! She handled EVERYTHING for my party! Her and her staff were amazing and professional, they catered to my every want and need! All I had to do was show up to my party. Her and her amazing staff decorated, catered, bartended, hosted, and cleaned up. As far as the decor she brought my vision for my party to life! Her food was very good! And the best part about it was I got to leave afterwards and didn’t have to clean up! No worries!!!! I will definitely recommend her hall and all of their services to everybody! She will be seeing me again! I’m sold I will never use another hall again!
I love Paragon. Ms Dee goes above and beyond to bring you a great experience. Next month I am having my daughters party here for free because your 5th event is free. I got married here, had a birthday party and hosted 2 pop up shops. I love Ms Dee and the staff at paragon. I highly recommend.
