I decided to have a dinner party with 9 friends in my apt last weekend. I knew I needed tables and chairs, but was stressed to find out that I needed ALL the basic dishware too. I was so happy to find this place because it was close to me and had everything I needed and more! I was a little overwhelmed when I called, but the young lady who answered was very understanding and she helped me edit my invoice even at the last minute!! I also used their delivery/pickup service, and the guy who showed up was polite and on time with everything neatly boxed up for me!! Thank y'all for helping make my dinner party all that!!!
This was my first time using a rental company and I truly had a great experience. Definitely will use Next Door Rental again and recommend them highly. The process was easy. I received a quick response to my inquiry. The delivery and pick up also went smoothly. I have no complaints.
I’ve used Next Door Rentals for two separate events. They are easy to communicate with. Everything was in great condition. Customer service is a 10. They communicate before pick up & before drop off. Highly recommend. They also accommodated me with a few last minute request! Awesome company!
