Paid extra for waist length and the braids were not braided all the way down. Braiding stopped at the shoulder blades and made the overall hairstyle look tacky. I picked a cute style but it was not executed the way I wanted. I really wanted to support this shop because they do have decent prices and friendly staff but I couldn’t.
I Drove 1 hour to get braids. The owner of the store did not disappoint, she was on time for our Sunday appointment. Super friendly and very professional. I am very satisfy with her work. I strongly recommend them and encourage you to try them for yourself. Their prices are very affordable as well.
She did a great job braiding and very attentive to the details! My concern is the attitude of my "customers have never said this or that and this hasn't been a problem before". First be advised that every persons likes and dislikes are not the same. Secondly if I'm paying, rather big or small, for a service I want it the way I want it. Thirdly when you braid a clients hair unless otherwise stated or if the style requested is the reason, you braid it all the way to the ends. All the places I've gone braid my hair to the ends or use a quality of hair that will act right after dipping it. When it's not the hair looks unkempt. It will also not last as long. The reason why the hair didn't take to the dipping is because of the quality. You should know this as a stylist. Thank you otherwise, don't worry I won't be back.
Went in looking for braiding hair for another stylist at another location and I noticed that they had a hair salon in the back and the stylist said we do braids here too. I liked the price and she showed me her work and I liked her work. Melissa did a great job! I just got single braids, but trust! She can do so much more!!!!!!
The absolute worst place to buy hair or get your hair done. Last time they were so rough doing a child’s hair and I tried to give them another shot and was yet again disappointed in this establishment. Literally none of the signs are true they don’t do walk ins and it’s never anyone in the hair store. When there is the cashier machines don’t work anyway. If there were a zero stars option this place would have deserved it.
