Denise is compassionate, empathetic, and intuitive. She has been able to help me work on trauma, both big and small, within a relatively short amount of time. I had to be ready for the work and show up for myself, but with that said, she has been a tremendous support through understanding the deeper layers of what was driving certain emotions, how the situations were affecting me, and overcoming specific PTSD triggers. Her knowledge of different therapeutic techniques, her true caring about me as her patient, and a natural connection really helped me to be able to take things deeper than I have been able to do with any other therapist. I highly recommend Denise I’m truly grateful for all she has helped me accomplish. I feel like a whole new me! :)
