I've heard the food here is wonderful, but my review will remain terrible until they can actually show up to serve me. Twice I have shown up during business hours (on a recommendation from a friend [who I trust regarding quality food]) to a closed shop. Hard to try the food and support the small business when they're closed during their POSTED (on the front window) business hours. Ridiculous that I should have to post this... The owners want to make money, right?
The food was good. But for $18/plate and only receive 1 oxtail was a little ridiculous. I pay $15 for a plate of oxtail at our regular spot and their serving can feed 2. I don’t think the food is worth the price they’re charging.
Wonderful service, wonderful people and the food was absolutely amazing. It’s like a home cooked meal away from home. Will be coming back!
