I just got starter comb coil locs and I love them. Essie did such a great job. Perfect C (seashell shaped) parts. Tye is running a superb salon and barbershop business. She advises and teaches so well. Wishing you much success 🙏🏾. So, happy to be a new client 😀
If I could give this place 0 stars I would I took my kid here and the haircut was absolutely horrible it was very disappointing for a place that has 4.5 stars??? That is disgusting y’all either need better barbers or too shut down your business NOW and this seems very rude but I spent money at this place for my children’s hair too look this bad when he went too school he got bullied and came home crying because of this haircut now if I was able to get a refund I would just know I would but this haircut absolutely unacceptable I would never wish this on my worse enemy’s child absolutely unacceptable 1 star if I could give zero I would!!
I recently went for a loc retwist and had Naudia as my stylist. She was truly amazing and made me feel comfortable. Everyone there was so welcoming and beautiful. The atmosphere was loving. The vibes were spot on! Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied. These hair artists are truly talented and I can't wait to make my next appointment. Support Black-Owned BUSINESSES~!
I LOVE this salon. I live in DC but I’m from PGH so I visit home when I want my hair done. I started my locs here and I get my hair done whenever I’m in town. I really appreciate the consultation we did to make sure I got the best fit for me and had realistic expectations. They also educate me on locs since I started the journey with them. My favorite appointment was the color, I asked for an ombré which is hard with locs but look how it came out sooooo cute. My stylist worked hard on it until it looked just how we agreed. I go to the owner (Ty) but I’ve seen good work from all the stylist. Ty always has a packed schedule but she really cares about her clients and tries hard to work me in the days I’m in town if I call to schedule early enough. 100% recommend!
