Cannot say enough great things about our wedding experience with Koncept Visuals. The communication and professionalism through the planning stages of our wedding was fantastic – Dwayne was super responsive, insightful, and accommodating, while also providing insights/experience during critical planning conversations to make sure we planned appropriately and loved the photos we received. The day of our wedding, Dwayne and Brianna were right on time and communicated with us throughout a hectic morning to make sure we were as calm and collected as possible. Even more importantly, Dwayne and Brianna were as kind and as accommodating as could be throughout the event, adapting to last minute crises without missing a beat and just being so professional that they really made it easy to relax, enjoy the process, and know the photography was in the right hands. The most memorable part of this experience to me was Dwayne’s ability to connect so well with all of our attendees, lighten the mood everywhere he went, and capture the smiles he helped to create. Having being in a few other weddings, Dwayne’s ability to make and then capture the smiles makes all the difference both during the event and in the final product!!
Dwayne and Brianna were absolutely lovely to work with on our wedding day. They were so kind and considerate and let us change up our photo list as needed with how the day went. Dwayne’s cheerful attitude, especially, helped us to relax and enjoy the process. Despite waiting for the pictures a bit longer than I expected, they all turned out beautifully and we’re so excited to display them in our home and share them with friends and family.
I had such an amazing time with my maternity shoot. He made sure I was comfortable and confident the entire time! He let me know that I was in a safe space and I could be myself. If there was anything specific I wanted this man made sure I had it!! I Will definitely be coming back for my other children! Thank you for the great vibes and beautiful pictures🩷
If you have decided to get pictures done for a special event, or just because, Koncept Visuals is the place to go. From my first phone contact, to my visit to the location, and then the day of the shoot, one word, AWESOME. Dwayne is a talented guy , he listens to what you want and then goes above and beyond to meet your needs. He is good at what he does, he enjoys what he does, and so the process feels fun and pleasant. The best part though is the end product, beautiful, quality shots. If you are sitting on the fence, don’t, book your appointment, you won’t be disappointed.
Working with Dwayne is always a pleasure, this year he did our family portraits and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
