Ordered My Son's First Birthday Cake from here. One word AMAZIMG. I got to know about this bakery from Internet. 1st thing you notice is 79 reviews and all Five stars, and yes the bakery was as good as reviews if not even more. Met few customers there, and they all were praising the pies. One lade even travelled 1 hr for a pie. The owner was too kind to take in our order even at the last minute and made an amazingly delicious Pumpkin cake, that exceeded our expectations. She is a passionate baker, who was generous enough to accommodate all our requests and delivered the cake on time. From the first bite itself, it brought me back to childhood memories of eating Mama's freshly baked cakes. I will be definitely going back for my every occasion. About the cake, we wanted it to be with minimal fondant, and she did an amazing job with the butter cream to replicate a pumpkin. My Son was on his ninth cloud, the moment he saw that.
Went with the family here. It was amazing! There aren't too many good spots to get cakes and pastries around my area but this is one of those spots we will take the trip to come back to. It's in the back of a bookstore, which is actually pretty neat. The atmosphere and owner were so warm and inviting. There is seating and they serve breakfast as well. If you're ever in the Harrisburg area, definitely somewhere worth the trip. We got the coconut cake and the burbon bread pudding.
Ordered a specialty cake for my Mom's 65th surprise!!! The cake was an absolute hit and was FIYA!!!! The owner, also the baker of all this deliciousness, is a pleasure to work with and very honest about what she can provide for your needs. She is reasonably priced and is ON-TIME. I will be back in a week to grab a little treat for a friend who is turning 29. Thank you again!!!! ~Kita P
