Looks more like a scam than legit massage place, buy a gift card - try to use it, no luck after 1+ months. Been rescheduled 3 times already, with less than 24 hr notice … last time I had to drive to they location to be told that they have no spot for me and the system is to blame. I’m trying to get the money back off gift card - still no luck. Definitely got scammed - and receptionist is no use at all, kind of rude actually.

It was my first time at Hand & Stone and I had the best experience. When you walk it it’s super soothing and calm. All of the staff was very nice and welcoming in general. The person at the front desk (I think her name was Selena) was so sweet. I even heard her dealing with what seemed to be a rude customer on the phone and she kept such great composure and was so professional. My massage was equally amazing. Violet made sure to ask me what pressure I wanted and even offered me aromatherapy which was free for this day. She also was very respectful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend violet and this H&S location!!

When having my facial done, Alyssa did an incredible job. She seemed very knowledgeable on how to keep your face healthy. She was able to give me advice on how to clear up the blackheads around my nose and the bumps across my forehead. Will most definitely schedule another appt with her in the near future.

Impossible to get an appointment or a phone call returned. Showed up for my appointment made 3 months ago - because there was no earlier availability and no one was there...the receptionist finally came to the front saying - I didn't know anyone was here. There were others also waiting to check in. No one was helped or received service for their scheduled appointment. Worst experience with any business I've had in a long time. I had also tried to get appointments at 2 other Hand & Stone locations with the same results - no availability, no returned call after leaving a message, no one answers the phone. I wish I was never given a gift card to Hand & Stone...

I received a postcard with an introductory price for massage or facial and my regular aesthetician has been out of the country for quite some time. So, I decided to try Hand & Stone. I was pleased that appointment times were available to accommodate my work schedule as early as same week! I was disappointed to learn that they do not offer 90 minute services though. The facilities seemed clean and the staff was friendly. The overall ambiance was pleasant. For my facial, I enjoyed it and in particular, I thought the aesthetician did a great lymphatic massage - perhaps one of the best I've had. She upsold me on the moisturizing facial due to the effects of the recent cold, dry air on my dry, sensitive skin. Every product felt good going on. By the time I checked out with the introductory price, plus $20 upgrade, plus tip, I did not find the price tag to be a significant savings over my usual 90 minute service somewhere else. My concern was what I discovered later. After speaking with the receptionist, checking out and scheduling another appointment, I then went to the restaurant next door, ordered carry out and sat at the bar while they prepared it. I finally got home maybe 30 minutes after the conclusion of facial and by then my skin was itching and then something flaked off my face when I touched it. I took a look in the mirror and I had chunks of what I'm assuming was the scrub or the mask stuck to my eyebrows and near my ears where the hairline begins next to my face. VERY.VISIBLE.CHUNKS! I can't believe the aesthetician and the receptionist both let me walk out of there looking like that! I had to wash my face to get rid of the itchy chunks and in doing so, washed off all of the good stuff that I'd just paid extra to have applied. As a result of this experience, I called and cancelled my next service. The person on the phone asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said "no" and they left it at that without inquiring further. Had they asked if there was something wrong I would have told them.
