SO SO SO SO GOOD like unbelievable. Absolutely to best cake I’ve ever had. I got the chocolate hazelnut and it was crazy delicious and I can’t wait to try the rest of the cakes and other items from Darnel’s. RUN DON’T WALK HERE!!!
Okay so they are not kidding. The breakfast sandwiches are absolutely insane. Legit top tier. Haven't had a better one than these. Cinnamon roll too had a ton of frosting and was warmed to perfection but I was too distracted by how good it looked to get a pic of it while it was still looking presentable. But you can trust me on this for real lol. Seriously tho the homemade biscuits are worth fighting wars over. I would enlist. I only took the time to get these photos because they were so beautiful that I actually felt bad biting into them. Once I did, I very much took my sweet time to eat these. The thought of them being a finite resource was (and still is) truly heartbreaking. Needless to say I will be a return customer.

In one word...WOW! I got my husband's birthday carrot cake from Darnell's this year and it was the best carrot cake we've both ever had. Everything about it was perfection and everyone that works there was a pleasure to interact with. Cannot recommend this place enough!
The cakes look a lot prettier than some of the other pictures on here. The place is a bit hard to find since it's in an apartment building/complex, but the service is nice if a tad slow. The cakes are super dense and heavy, but not in a bad way (at least for the rest velvet cake). I personally really liked the cake here and would come here again.
