I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Crow and Dru (dental hygienist)! As a first-time patient, I received a thorough exam, including x-rays and an evaluation of my teeth and gums. The cleaning was also thorough - my teeth sparkled! I appreciated the oral hygiene recommendations and did not feel rushed. The office is new and beautifully decorated. The staff, including Dr. Crow, are welcoming and kind.
My whole experience was top notch. The office and the atmosphere were aesthetically pleasing, there were refreshments, entertainment and the office personnel were kind, professional and hospitable. The dental service was great, the technician and hygienist paid attention to detail and checked in to make sure my experience was enjoyable. Dr. Crow was outstanding she was explained what she was doing, took her time and perhaps gave me one of the best cleanings I have ever had. I without reservation recommend Crescent.
Dr. Crow is the best dentist I've ever had. Her amazing staff are welcoming and personable. The odfice has state of the art equipment and a very comfortable atmosphere. So glad I chose them, and I highly recommend them!
What a fantastic experience! I have had bad experiences in the past at dentists. I conveyed this and the entire staff was so supportive. My hygienist, Drew, was so thorough and checked in with me often to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort. Dr. Crow was so sweet and was happy to answer any and all of my questions. First time ever I'm looking forward to my next cleaning.
I just had the most amazing experience at Dr. Crow’s office. Her dental assistant , hygienist and Dr Crow were the nicest staff I’ve ever had at any office whether it be dental or medical. So down to earth so kind , so gentle. The receptionist was amazing she explained my costs and benefits clearly she was so nice. I loved the tvs it helped calm me before the unknown ( i had chipped a tooth and not sure what to expect would be done) . The hygienist was the best though i love her . She was sooooooo understanding of my little pains here and there she took the time to do a little gel numbing while doing the full cleaning and it helped so much. I hope she can remain my hygienist forever ! My teeth feel so clean and sparkly. I can’t wait to get some of my cavities filled and get these teeth looking beautiful again, and yes I’m actually excited ! I’m so glad Dr Crow opened her practice near my home its so convenient for me and the office was so cute! I’m so glad i went to crescent dental they made me feel at home and took great care of me while there! Thanks ladies !!
