Violated their own 24hr policy rescheduling my appt & didnt grant me the same courtesy in case of emergency in which i had to take care of my mother (which i stated) & tried to charge me 1200 that they will NEVER get from me. Offering mental health services but lacked any regard for my mental state at the time of my emergency but made sure to let me know she wanted her money regardless. Sophia completely turned me off from even wanting to find a therapist for a while this is someone i almost trusted with my deepest darkest secrets & that is how she handled me. I would never recommend her or this office to anyone EVER!!!!! I would leave zero stars if i could.
I’ve been seeing Sophia for a few weeks and have seen significant improvement. I went from not being able to really do much without panicking and dissociating to going out, working, etc.
