Completely awful. Sent my transcript on two different occasions after paying for both for it never to be sent. Would be helpful if they had someone to help on the phone.
No customer service. Automated messages that provide little support. Unfortunately, this is the only way to order transcripts from the college I attended.
SCAMMERS! I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered my transcript 3 months ago. I've contacted customer service multiple times only to get hung up on. After a month of calling them I finally got ahold of someone. They refused to refund the fee as well as refused to send my transcript to the right school. The lady even tried to act like she was a part of my school. These people are liars and theives. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. They do not care about students in any way shape or form.
I don't recommend using their services if you can avoid it! Getting my refund was a nightmare and almost took an entire month. I required a degree verification for my job, and also a verification of my certificate. The verification for my degree was no problem and went smoothly and quickly, however, a problem occurred with my certificate verification. I called customer support and was told send an email to the Degree Verify staff, so I did and got an automated message saying they'd respond within a business day. Two weeks went by - mind you I needed it that the same week - and I didn't receive a response (thankfully my job dismissed it and didn't need it after all). I called customer service and explained everything, and demanded a refund. Again I was told to send an email. I received a response a few hours later saying it was approved and they'd refund me soon. It took almost another two weeks before I got my money back because they kept trying to fulfill the service I had requested when I had already said I didn't need it anymore and just wanted my refund. TLDR: Yes, you'll probably get a refund if you fight it hard enough, but it will take a long time to get it! Don't recommend using this for anything but your degree!
I have tried multiple times to submit my order for my transcript. Page keeps freezing after I enter and submit payment information. Submitted ticket for issue but who knows when that call or email will come. Of course there's no way to contact anyone by phone and actually speak to a live person. This is ridiculous.
