I had a great experience. Stylist was very professional and I was comfortable the entire time from the wash bowl to the style seat.I was highly satisfied with my hair and I will be returning and I will highly recommend this place to anyone that needs any loc related service. She also allowed me to take a break to eat and mention that she had snacks and drinks in case I needed anything.I drove an hour and 40 minutes to come here and it was the best decision I made!!
The service was next level great. And the locitian was very nice and I had a wonderful time there. Going back again as need for my loc’s…
My usual loctician was unable to keep my appointment & I was in the area getting my nails done & said let me stop in & see what can be done. I was hosting brunch for the mother’s in my family at the Capital City Club so I needed to be fabulous. I stopped in & the owner Maquita who does not do regular clients took me in. She was kind, knowledgeable, & very down to earth. She gave me great advise & assured me that my locs were in GREAT CONDITION❣️If I could give 10 stars I would. Things to know… 1.Her Salon is beautiful & inviting; extremely clean. 2.Her wash chairs recline & vibrate! 3. You must book a consultation before getting a service. 4. This is a place where you know you want to be; classy, clean, respectful, & valued.
I LOVE The Knotty Spot and I LOVE my hair!!!!! My experience with Maquita was awesome! I debated for a few years about getting Locs and I don't regret my decision. The only regret that I have is that I didn't get them sooner. I recommend her for any of you loc care or loc extensions installs. Looking forward to my retwist!!!
I appreciate Marquita so very much. She went about all expectations to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my service. Marquita is a listener and a understanding person when it comes to getting the job done the right way. She went way above 100%. Her personality is on point, very professional. She took the time out to tell me step by step of what she was doing to make she I liked everything about my service. The issue that I had she reached out, we talked about it and she kept her word. I drives from Charlotte and will continue to take that drive for good customer service. Marquita cares about her clients. The Knotty Spot is a go to for your Loc Journey. I have been to several people in Charlotte and no one will match her. The Knotty Spot is a very comfortable salon very cozy.
