Cool lil space. The day that I came here to work an event, the ac was on, but, it was still sweltering hot. They even had fans on in the corners and it didn't help. The event space was a little tight. I worked ballroom C. The ramp that is connected to that particular ballroom is a tragedy waiting to happen. I would suggest they get that ramp redone! It's really easy to find. The staff that work for the actual venue are not nice people. I'll leave it at that. Come off of exit 17 and it is on the same street as Martin's.
What a nice experience I had here.. room decor was beautiful and the food was good.. good ppl.. saw my classmate and it was all around a good time
It was a nice little tucked away place. This was my 1st time here & I came to a friend's birthday party aka brunch. I have personal pictures of the party so I won't post them. But it was in the small event room. It was a wedding going on in the larger room. The bathroom didn't seem cleaned from the last event to ours. I believe the catering comes with the venue. As in you may not need your own cater (but don't quote me on that). Would I gp again...only if invited. Would I rent it out..probably not
The wedding was beautiful. With venue this nice. You would expect paper towels in the restrooms.
I never booked this place for my sister's wedding bc the problems were foreseeable from the 1st and 2nd encounter. It's located in a residential area. Beautiful place on the surface, the building and bathrooms are in need of some serious TLC....it may be great for parties NOT weddings. Management (Dennis) is quite rude and disorganized...behaves like he doesn't need your business. Positives are BYO food and drink. It's about $2k for 7 hours use of the entire building; however if you care about customer service and a stress free day this is probably NOT the place for you!
