Ms. Keys did an amazing job with my knotless braids! This was my first time going to her studio but as soon as I walked in she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She also made the time go by fast with her great conversations and she answered all of my questions about my braids. I will definitely be going back!
Getting knotless braids done by Ms. Keys was nothing short of amazing! Within 10 minutes of sitting in Ms. Keys's chair, I felt welcomed, and it is evident that she is genuinely passionate about what she does. I asked her multiple questions about my hair, and she had very insightful advice on how to care for my hair and keep it healthy. She even asked what products worked and did not work for my hair to give me the BEST work that’ll last long. She is a perfectionist at her craft and has gained a repeat client! I will only book with Ms. Keys from now on! She is truly the best, especially with knotless. Get blessed by Ms. Keys; you will not regret it!
She was very professional, and quick and very gentle will be booking again. Only complaint I have the booking process was a little difficult and tedious with all the texts, but I also understand why she has the policies in place. Just wish it was a little simpler.

Her braids are lightweight and she's mindful of your edges and gentle with your hair. I know I can trust her with my hair and I know I can expect a professional, enjoyable experience every time I sit in her chair. My braids last 3 months easily, with a little maintenance on my end. I don't normally leave reviews, but her service was exceptional. I was quoted a 4 hour time period for my chosen style, and we began right at 8:30 and was done at exactly 12:30. She was professional, nice, and inviting. I normally watch movies on my phone while getting my hair braided, but her conversational skills were a pleasant surprise. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning.
