Domanique is an ARTIST. We worked together to create a soft glam look for my wedding day and she made me look exquisite—she accentuated what was already there. I looked like the most natural goddess. Just look at the pictures for proof. Domanique did my hair for the wedding and I was craving a natural look and we played prior to the wedding and landed on the most elegant bun. Domanique also did my bridesmaids hair and makeup and everyone was stunning and happy. Thank you for everything!!!
Dominique does great work! She is super easy to work with and kept the bride looking fresh and gorgeous all day long. She is very personable and has a positive attitude. She is always on the lookout for the bride and any hair and makeup touches that may be needed, and her hair and make up work were both phenomenal.
I am super happy to have had Shadows and Shears, Domanique, as my makeup artist for my wedding. Her professionalism, great energy, and amazing advice had me and my girls glowing the day of!!!! I booked her services in May 2022 with wedding day for January 2023. I followed the business on IG and with great confidence in her work I did not hesitate to book. We ALL looked AMAZING. Faces were glowing, smiles were from ear to ear...a great way to start the morning of a very long yet exciting day. After having an outside ceremony to dancing entire night, all of our faces were still flawless/intact. BOOK her services, you will not be disappointed!! If I could give more than five stars I would. I looked like the most beautiful glazed donut my entire wedding. The makeup didn’t budge after I broke it down on the dance floor for hours. Sweat has nothing on Dominique’s products. I contemplated sleeping in it because i wanted my face to be snatched the next day too. The lashes didn’t budge. The lipstick lasted through all the donuts I ate. I glowed the whole night. Shadows and shears DELIVERS. PERIODT. Run into her DMS to book her.
Domanique was AMAZING! She truly made my wedding day special and not only provided excellent hair styling services but very professional, clean, and not overly done makeup. Could not recommend her more! She gave me the glam that I requested and the makeup was long lasting and of great quality. Great personality and was a lot of fun for my bridesmaids as well! If you are looking to have your makeup and hair highlight your best features without being caked on, Dom is your girl!
