My first visit with Grand Oaks Dental was amazing. My dental hygienist Angela was awesome. She explained everything she was about to do, & repeatedly asked if I was okay during the procedures. We came up with solutions to issues that I've had for years, that my past dentists never offered. I loved Dr. Cannick as well. She explained things well and suggested procedures to keep my teeth healthy. It was an overall great experience.
I was scheduled next day for an emergency appointment as a new patient without insurance. I had a very pleasant, productive and professional experience that was so quick. All the staff members where so nice and efficient. The Dr. Made the experience as stress free as possible, had no problem explaining my situation and answering questions. 10/10 will be returning 😁
Love it! Abby (i think that was her name) walked me through the entire process...very gentle when cleaning my teeth...doc came in and basically confirmed everything she found wrong with my teeth... I chose how to complete the procedures and set my appt...glad i chose them as my new dentist
Dr. Cannick and her crew provide the absolute all-around BEST dental service I've ever received. I just spoke with Pamela at the service desk; she was patient with me and my questions! You know how you can tell when someone is getting annoyed with you, I never felt that with Pamela, she did all she could to answer my questions. Dr. Cannick's entire staff is like that. They're great with children and they took good care of my mother! I'll give this establishment 10 stars if I could
I now know what it feels like to be a celebrity. At Grand Oaks Dental you receive red carpet treatment from the moment you arrive to the moment you walk out. It is by far the most calming dental experience I’ve ever received. I’m actually excited for my next visit. Every member of the staff makes you feel welcome. It’s almost like visiting a friends house. Thanks everyone. Keep doing what you do! You’re simply the best!
