If I could give this zero stars I would. I made the appointment for my 5 year old in May 2023. They told us several times that they were getting the insurance approved. Which was fine. Then, I called and told them that we changed from medicaid to full coverage insurance at my husband's job ( Two months later after waiting for their call). This was the third call to them at this point and every time they said they would call us back. And never did. Even after getting the new insurance, they said they would call back again. Never did. We called again and they said they had to check and see what's going and would call back AGAIN. By the time we were done, it's now August 22. They have yet to get him in and never called back until my husband said we would leave a bad review and cancel the appointment all together. At this point I feel like it was discrimination against the Medicaid insurance. As if we were less important than others. Only when we said we would leave a bad review did they call back. Rivers Falls in Duncan took him right in on the first call. I never ever leave bad reviews for people, but this was just uncalled for and unjust. My son deserves better service than this! Lord help them. All medicaid recipients do not just want a hand out. Some are actually trying to better their lives! Which is why we ended up on regular insurance!
I have had the hardest time finding someone to pull my wisdom teeth. All four of them are impacted and still in my gums. I was very pleased from the moment I walked in the office. Dr. Howell’s assistant, Kristy, (hope I spelled your name right) was fantastic. She answered every question I had and made me feel a lot better about the procedure. Now, I’m a lot happier about the 15th of November. Everyone was awesome and I’d recommend them to everyone.
Dr Haigler is by far one of the most thorough and thoughtful members of my care team. She spent the quality time necessary to gather a complete health history, worked tirelessly to have insurance approve imaging that was vital to my final diagnosis, and ensured I was referred to one of the preeminent neurosurgeons for my condition. Without her diligence, I’m confident I would still be searching for answers.
Receptionist, nurses and the Dr were all so awesome! Made my daughter feel comfortable and scheduled her appt to have wisdom teeth out! Everyone was so nice and so helpful and friendly! Very happy with the care we received today.
I had wisdom teeth removed today, and the dentist assistant (Christy) was very nice. She explained the procedure clearly. Doctor (Dr.James Howell) was very professional and know what he was doing. I was nervous with the procedure, but stuffs comfort me until I got it done.
