I absolutely love this store..Dolores and her husband have always treated me with respect and always goes above to explain new items and show me what is new and on sale… I drive an hour because of her customer service and selection… definitely recommend to all my friends
The sales man recommended a lube on the shelf, I got home, the dispenser does not work and it expired 6/2023.. it's 6/2023. Thanks for pushing your expired product on me. Not only that, but I bought something with amex, then he told they don't take amex even though I was charged. I passed him a visa to charge, but he refunded the amount on my visa and I noticed it was incorrect. I'm pretty patient so once everything was resolved, it was fine, until I got home and realized he sold me something expired that he needed to get off the shelf, not based off of an actual recommendation. I almost never started shopping here because of the reviews... but now I know. Don't shop here.
I would give negative stars if I could. I was here when it first opened, but an 8 year old was behind the register, so I left. Today, and I am in the parking lot crying as I’m typing this, I went to go inside and the door was locked. A lady opened the door and asked me to get a mask, which is totally fine. Then she said I can’t bring my purse in the store and if I have a wallet, she will hold it. I said okay no problem I’ll be right back…that’s kind of strange. And she yells, “actually never mind” and slams and locks the door. My jaw dropped in disbelief. Not only did you make a bad first and second impression, you lost a sale, which makes no sense. I hope karma catches up to you and that you learn how to treat people , but then again if I was that decrepit and disgusting I would probably be nasty and rude too❣️
Great selection but some skeevy guy answered the door to let me shop and could not have been more rude. He pretty much turned me away when I asked to be pointed toward something in particular. He bluntly said they didn't carry it when I know that they have several to choose from in the store.
(Posting this from a throwaway account so you don't know my name) my wife and I came into the store looking for a few things, and to start off, 1) the store is very cluttered and disorganized, things are jammed so tightly onto the racks that they fall onto the floor when you go to inspect them. 2) they're basically three times the price of anything you'll find on Amazon, it's nice to see it in person before purchase but it's ridiculously expensive. The quality is subpar if not identical to any cheap item you could find in any other store. And 3) you get greeted by an intense smell of vanilla and it's almost like they spray the entire store with perfume. These are not my main grievances but I think they should be made aware. After browsing for about half an hour my wife and I had found things we wanted to buy so we went up to check out, I took out my phone to look at my bank account balance to make sure I would be able to cover the cost of the items in my hand, and a loud booming voice from behind the counter from where I could not see who it came from yelled at me to put my phone away and that there are no phones allowed in the store. I almost put all of my items down and walked out. Be wary if you decide to stop in here as they are not as welcoming and accepting as they choose to advertise. The person behind the counter explicitly called me a sir and did not care about my gender identity. Overall I would rate this place negative if I could. There's something shady going on here that is probably illegal but who am I to say. Be careful.
