Quiet, large, and comfy lounge with excellent food and beautiful views of the tarmac. If you are either an elite status member or flying in Flagship First/Business or with a OneWorld alliance airline, you can get access to this lounge. The food is incredible: excellent chicken, some of the juiciest salmon, the best tortellini with charred green onions that I may have ever had, and so much more. Desserts that are incredible all line one area as well. Seating is plentiful with charging outlets at every point. There are excellent showers as well to use as long as you register at the front.
I must say this lounge is beautiful . Many choices on the Buffet and also to scan your barcode on your table to have food delivered to you . I was mostly impressed with how every chair has a power charger for all your electronic devices .
This is a large and lovely lounge, although can be noisy and loud with TVs, phone calls, and the sheer size of it. The brother to the more exclusive Chelsea lounge next door, the Soho lounge is very popular with all travellers. There is plenty of food in the buffet although the selection is lacking in innovation. The showers however are beautiful and relaxing for a freshen up. There is a full rain shower (although it didn’t work for me) plus towels and everything you could need such as shampoo and body lotion. Drinks are free flowing at the bar, probably the noisiest area of the lounge.
The lounge is very nice. Besides the buffet there is a made to order menu accessed via a QR code on the table. It’s not a very large selection but there’s something for everyone between the buffet and the menu. The staff was super nice. The place is large and divided nicely in areas. The bar looked very nice. There were nice tarmac views from the windows for your inner avgeek.
First time visiting the lounge waiting for my flight to London using my status as Emerald Member. The check-in staff in Soho Lounge was really friendly and helpful. It was a smooth check-in process. The food was served at a buffet. It had a lot of choices. There is also a mini bar where the customer can ask for a special drink. For those who want to have a shower, unfortunately you have to request it from the staff who sits in front of the bar. She will give you access. However, it seems the shower is only for the customer who flies with American or British airlines only. In my opinion, the staff inside the lounge were unfriendly and rude. They played with their phones even during their working hours. Furthermore I enjoyed the ambience of the lounge. It was not over crowded and had plenty of chairs to sit and relax.
