My daughter and I always enjoyed having our hair done here. Our appoints always seem to get canceled on Saturdays after they confirm on Friday. This was the 3rd Saturday and everyone is booked. Always right before a big event :(

It was my first time there. I had a facial and pedicure. Heather and Michelle made me feel at home. They both were AMAZING! I definitely found my go-to salon!!
I was apart of a bridal party this past weekend, as a bridesmaid I got my hair & make up done. The owner, owners assistant & the lady who did my hair were absolute dolls, however the ladies they had doing makeup had terrible attitudes & honestly the make up was terrible, the lady I had told me she did not know how to do eyeliner so I had to do it myself & the other lady who was doing make up was extremely rude when someone told her they wanted there eyeshadow redone. Customer service is so important and a good review can turn bad quickly when not all of your associates are pleasant. Hair was great I have no complaints except that the bride had to miss out on doing a first look with her dad because she was the very last to get hers done. I wish it would have been a better experience and feel bad writing this review for those who actually did a great job.
I booked Pure Essence for my wedding. The staff does absolutely beautiful hairstyles, however I do not recommend them for wedding makeup. I was extremely disappointed with my how my bridal party looked.
