Great salon! It’s hard to get appointments but it’s worth it. Overall vibe is chilled out and fun. I get my hair cut from Jessica Pak - she is super patient and always makes you feel great about your hair. She’s also very skilled and able to add a lot more volume to my hair. Definitely recommend visiting Plane Jane Salon.
Today I got a medium (fine hair cut) from Jinnie Lee… it was probably the best cut I’ve had done in YEARS. She was so kind and sweet. She explained what type of cut would suite me and let me know what was happening every step of the way. She really took her time making sure it was perfect! It was exactly what I was hoping for! Definitely going back to see her!
Went to Jess Pak for a haircut (thick hair, shoulder length cut)- she was very pleasant and she did a great job! She really took care in understanding what I wanted and helped me settle on something that worked for me. Now the back of my neck will not be super warm this summer. Very happy with my haircut!
My daughter needed a hair trim just 5 days before her trip and there were no after school slots available. They were really kind to find her a slot just a day before her trip with the stylist (Ms. Montoya) she wanted. Very helpful staff, i love the fact that they are very particular about all their appointments to begin on time, which is very respectful for everyone. . I would recommend this place.
Real hit or miss. I went in to experiment with a new cut and instead got a standard country club looking crew cut. I showed my coworkers the cut and the photo of what I asked for, and everyone burst out laughing at how far off it was. I will never return here as I do not have the money to waste on a cut completely unlike what I asked for.
