I had a situation occur two days before Christmas where I had another location call this store as they were the only store in the state to have a particular item in the size and color that I needed. Unfortunately after 35 minutes of travel time to this location, I was advised that my item had been sold! It was the worst! But, the manager did EVERYTHING in her power to help me come up with a suitable resolution and was so apologetic that it made a horrible situation much better. It wasn’t optimal but I was pleased with the fact that they bent over backwards to assist after acknowledging the error. Kudos for having great customer service, Journeys!!

They young men that assisted me on Sunday 5/31/2020 were fantastic! They got me the pair of shoes I asked for, plus had a great recommendation, that I ended up purchasing. He had all the additional things I needed as well, no show socks( I have so many of already) and water proof dirt proof spray. I will continue to shop with these guys for all the shoes I need! Thanks again gentlemen!

My granddaughter and I were shopping for Converse high tops and had almost given up. We went by Journeys and decided to stop in. They had a good selection and the staff brought everything in her size. They were so helpful and very kind to her. We got a pair of purple high tops and left happy!

The staff was unprofessional. They were just kinda standing around not really doing anything. Very loud & obnoxious with each other & didn't focus on the customers. I had one girl help me who was very nice. Other than that I probably will not return to this location.

I placed an order IN STORE, on December 16th. I received my reciept via email, got a little worried after a few days of no confirmation email saying my order was placed. I then called the Journeys store in short pump, Virginia and was told that my order was received and was given a tracking number. I then track my package online and the status is "refunded." Once again, I have yet to receive any emails regarding my order OR the fact that it is being refunded. When I look at the receipt I got via email it states "you will be notified if we are unable to fulfill your order..." LIE. The frustration of one, being told an item is available in the store AND PAYING FOR IT and two, to not even have it here for christmas, also leaving me without MY money. absolutely ridiculous. It is now December 31st and I have yet to receive this "check" nor has anyone reached out to me regarding this order, no email on WHY my order was unable to be placed, nothing. I'm livid and will no longer be shopping with this company!
