HiFi ain’t a cookie-cutter concept. New flavors are offered each month which are inspired by holidays, the season, personal experiences of the bakers, and most importantly—music! They do collaborations with chefs at local restaurants which are well respected. The owners invest in DEI and the community. This is a small business that takes some flack for prices and comparisons to national chains from some reviewers. HiFi is not making you buy their products—that’s up to you. The HiFi family is amazing and they clearly spread happiness and love throughout Nashville.

The creativeness of these flavors (especially the frutti pebbles and Reese’s puffs) had me really excited, all the cookies had the same kind of toasted flavor on the bottom and not much excitement in any of the other flavors. With crumbl and other local cookie spots this place has the POTENTIAL to do great but it’s unfortunate the flavors don’t show up especially after spending 30$ on cookies. Your flavors are so exciting and they look great, maybe go to a smaller menu to perfect the taste and expand later? The actual taste/flavor doesn’t do the idea justice.

Truly the best cookies I’ve had in my life. Wayyyyy better than Crumbl, AND you’re supporting local! HiFi is always coming up with new flavors, and they never disappoint. All are delicious, but the “Johnny” cookie is our favorite. Thanks, HiFi!!

This is a decent cookie spot, however cookies are expensive here. They have a good variety of creative flavors! We got a Bonita Applebum (chai spiced), Sweater Weather (sea salt caramel and Twix), and a Mr. Jones (maple cookie and Kit Kat). These all were pretty yummy, with the best one being the Sweater Weather. One thing that I wish this bakery could change is serving warm cookies. Our cookies were cold and probably not fresh due to that. Other excellent cookie spots in the city like Tiff’s Treats will warm up your cookies prior to serving, leading to an incredible experience. If this spot did this, they would definitely be bumped up a star. They also have stuffed cookies, sandwich cookies, and ice cream sandwiches. To be more competitive with other cookie bakeries in the city, it would be beneficial to lower individual cookies by about $1, half dozens by $5, and full dozens by $7-10. They currently charge $3/cookie, $15 for half dozen, and $30 for full dozen. Again for comparison, Tiff’s Treats sells cookies that are just as large at about 70% of the cost of these. In the end, while it’s a decent spot for cookies, I think serving fresher and warmer cookies while looking at the price point again would improve this business to a 5/5.

Some of the best and most unique flavor of cookies ever. I am usually just a straight up chocolate chip cookie, kind of gal or a chocolate chocolate chip cookie kind of gal, but HiFi has this strawberry crunch sugar cookie (the Strawberry Fields) with strawberry icing. It is absolutely phenomenal. And as a patisserie baker, the flavors are always really balanced and wonderful. It’s like nostalgia in baked HomeGoods came together in a cookie. Just make sure if you want fresh out of the oven warm cookies, get there EARLY!
