I got there early. It was very busy, but they had an awesome system in place. I didn't have to sit long. There were many staff working. All staff were professional, friendly, and about the hair... and they were fast but not rushed... I saw natural braids getting done, color, and loc maintenance. My hair got washed, deeply conditioned, and I got starter locs. The prices were reasonable. I enjoyed my experience. I have started my loc journey. I would recommend them for natural hair services. I always have an awesome experience. I’m always greeted my a smile and welcoming voice and that is the key to awesome customer service and a hint that you will receive excellent service. My daughter nor myself had ever thought of going anywhere else. The owner and staff are by far the absolute best and your end result will always be phenomenal!
Today I came in to have 2 of my children’s hair cared for. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and instructed by 2 lovely ladies. It smelled amazing and the atmosphere was calm despite it being a busy day. My son started his loc journey while my daughter waited on her braider who came later. All three ladies were very helpful and a pleasure to be around at the time of service. The owner walks in and immediately gets to work. I’m not sure what she was drawn to when it came to me but I’m very thankful I was put in her path today. I only came to make sure my children were put together but she stepped in and offered me service that brought me to tears. She doesn’t know how high she lifted my spirits so high today. Had an awesome experience! They were very nice and professional if I might say. Base on some reviews I was a little worried to go in. I'm very pleased with my hair and Jayln did an awesome job. Was given great advice on maintenance and upkeep. The lady in the back was very welcoming from the time I walk in the door !
