We popped in based off of a food blogger we had recently seen on YouTube. So here’s our review, the food wasn’t extraordinary it was the basic American food being served. We had the catfish nuggets, the wings as well as the spinach dip, mmmm it was basic definitely not homemade. The catfish was a little soft, the server was nice enough to replace it with nuggets fried a little crispy. My sister’s wings were good and hot (not spicy but served hot). Oh and the cocktails, muah!!! Kudos to the bartender!!! The atmosphere was quaint outside of the loud talking waitresses having personal conversations louder than the music that was playing. Overall, it’s a good little establishment for lunch with friends.
We went Saturday, September 23, 2023. It was too crowded for my enjoyment, but it's football season, and many were there to watch the games. My friend had the tenders in their special sauce (I think it was called trifecta sauce) and they were really good. The onion rings were regular. I had the catfish nuggets and the fries. The fries were mid, and the catfish nuggets were okay. My drink, Melon Kush, was infused with hemp seed, and it was delicious. I'm going to go back because the friend I was with said it's not his normal experience. He loves this place.
We stopped by because it was close to our Airbnb. Even though it was crowded we were able to find a spot right away. It did take over half an hour to put a drink order in, and we were never checked on. They seemed like they might have been uncharacteristically busy, so they may typically have better service than they were able to give that day. We got the catfish bites and they were quite good.
Hot chicken sandwich was HUGE. Catfish bites were amazing and flaky. Loaded sweet potato fries with beer cheese was also incredible.
Visited here & it was so worth. The wings & loaded fries with one of the best cheese sauces I have had in a while. Fabulous! I will return.
