When I first came to this tailor, he did my jersey and it fitted to the T! Two more times I went to him, it was horrible. He doesn't do the work that I paid for and it's never done on time and he had me waiting for both orders. My husband recently picked up my order, and NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT! I had to pin, and mark the place that I wanted hemmed! I'm doing his job for him! I liked him at first, but I will never use this location again. All he does is lie and get the run around. So basically you will get your work done only if you pick up your order and have you waiting for it! If you get your alterations by him, try it on before leaving his establishment!!!! I tried to support him but I can't anymore. He lost a good customer too smh
Based on the reviews I decided to come to Mr. Mackey's for a jumpsuit pant leg heam that I am wearing for a wedding. I dropped off my jumpsuit on Tuesday and he had it ready in the same week on Friday. I am impressed. Usually other sewing businesses would turn me away due to a specific season (wedding and prom), or tell me 2-3 weeks, but he had it ready in less than a week. I'm definitely coming back!
I had 2 pair of pants hemed. One pair too tight in the waist and Mr Mackey put a stretch fabric in they fit perfect. Thank you so much.
I would not advice nobody to do business with him‼️ i dropped off my jacket off in October 23rd didn't get it back until January the reason why, because he messed up my jacket i asked for a simple job that he said he could do but later messed up my $5,000 dollar jacket and was acting as if he had an attitude because i was displeased with him messing up my jacket!
Ed is awesome! Very passionate about his work and extremely knowledgeable! He's reasonably priced, I will definitely recommend him. I used him for alterations on a formal gown and he added a zipper to a dress. He did a great job!
