Can't tell YOU how much I appreciate this lady! The work is FAST, DIVINE is ALWAYS professional & smiling, even when I'm not sure what I want or changing my mind:) As a business owner my time is short and unpredictable and DIVINE always takes me even at the last minute. I will be a life long client! THANK YOU DIVINE I got stopped so many times for this newest style 🙌
Florence is a meticulous braider and definitely a perfectionist in all the good ways. She checked in throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable and that I liked the style. Worth every penny and highly recommended. She's kind and patient, did great quality work.
On Friday Oct 10/6/23 I went to this business DAHB. I only ended up there because, my usual braider canceled at the last minute, and I really needed my hair done because I was going out of twn the nxt day. I showed dem a photo and asked if they could do a particular style. The owner Nana's respose was yes. All through the style I instructed the braider the best I could, trying to get my hair right. Upon completion, it wasn't what I was used too but it didn't look too bad, it was just ok, and not as full as I liked. On Saturday morning, I realized that 3 of the braids were already coming out in the back, 2 from the sides and some in the middle were already loose..but this was only day 2 😕😕😕.. I was so annoyed. I texted Nana the owner. She looked at the text but did not respond 🙄 🤷🏾♀️. Not even to say come and let me see how I can fix the situation 😤 With some business it's ALL about the 💰 Don't let all these 5 star rating fool. Maybe it was just my style 🤔 but they said they could do it. 🤷🏾♀️ I don't recommend this business.
Flora — does my hair. Honestly one of the BEST if not the BEST hair braiders in DMV area. Very neat and always takes her time.
I showed up as a walk in for knotless braids. Everything was amazing! They washed and blew out my natural hair (add on service) and provided the braiding hair. Everyone in the shop was kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They really paid attention to detail, made sure every braid was perfect and the price was very reasonable. I'm so glad I found this place! I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Florence and Divine!
