I booked a appointment for sister locs with Ari. I made her aware that it was a while since I had a retie. She charged me $385 also a $$50 deposit a total of $430 I paid upfront before my appointment. My appointment was at 1:30. After she started my hair,2 hours,ln she told me she would have to stop at 6pm. I told her this was my only day off. 6pm came she said we will have to reschedule me.I asked her. ( I was not rude) Why would you take my money and you couldn't finish. She told me ( because I asked a question) that she could no longer service me anymore and she don't give refunds. So I end reaching out to the owner of the salon Keondra Stegall. She told me keep her name out of the business. I was treated very rude, unprofessional and very unfair. I really feel robbed and scammed. Ari didn't even finish hair of my hair just the perimeter. Kendra told me that she will call the police on me and I need to take pills. This is the best place for total hair care. Keondra is knowledgeable about her craft and professional.NEVER a bad hairstyle. I love my locs and my kids look and feel amazing.
Amazing experience, she explained how to take care or my hair and everything she was doing. 10/10 super kind and was able to explain everything in a coherent way
I will never go back here! I came to get a retie for my sisterlocks (3 on time regular appointments!)and now a few of my locks have holes. I have been sisterlocked for 2yrs and never had this issue until I came here. My regular certified lock consultant was down for 3 months and I really thought the certified trainee was going to do it now I regret it!
Aryana is amazing! She does a fabulous job on my daughters box braids. Always on time and super polite. Great price!
