I was a regulus here that usually got all of my delta vapes from here but never will again after not being able to simply replace a defective one that leaked and became unusable that’s crazy how you charge 75 dollars for something that is leaking but are not willing to replace it. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
My First time in the shop was amazing! The owner Jay is super friendly! The products in the store are top quality all named brand items, If you guys need real quality products stop by to this big boss smoke shop! The variety of products they have at this location is huge! Make sure to stop by.
today was my first and last time in this shop. stopped by because i needed a elf bar and two gentle men greeted me and my friend when we came in. i began looking around while my friend talked with the man who previously sold her something. i pick out an elf bar and went to pay and realized it was overpriced. i usually pay 21.19 for them at other shops and i mentioned that. i didn’t mind paying the 22.99 but then when he said that they have cheaper ones that are FAKE that they sell near the register in a rude and condescending tone i said no thank you and walked out the store. OVER PRICED AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. supposedly the “ boss “ was one of the two men in the store and i cannot believe he lets his employees speak to customers in such harsh tones.
I love the variety of products offered and the staff are phenomenal. Anytime I have been here they've always been more than happy to assist me with any questions, show me product behind the counter or whatever my need may be. I have never felt rushed or pressured to quickly decide what I need or want. Even more recently I was assisted by a young man who was a wealth of knowledge, beyond helpful, went above and beyond most to be friendly and helpful. Believe his name was JAY and all business need employees like him! Big boss smoke shop sure does have an asset to their business and should be so lucky that they found this young man!! Keep him, treat him well and I would bet that Im not the only customer who makes it known how pleasant their visit was while he was on shift
Jay was very helpful, he walked me through the WIDE selection of vapes , great customer service overall , if you like elfbars check out the Orion bars , they have a variety of flavors!
